Aunque os pueda parecer curioso, la historia de La Trobada no comienza con un hotel, sino con un restaurante. En 1981, mis abuelos – Jaume y Assumpció -, y mi madre – Mercé – con el objetivo de dar salida a la producción propia de las granjas de la familia, construyeron el Restaurante La Trobada. El restaurante se convirtió en un espacio en el que los clientes podían disfrutar de la gastronomía de nuestro territorio.
